Alëmatae – the Flower is Ready to Bloom

Following the closure of the storied Windsor Review, renowned Lenape poet and writer, D.A. Lockhart founded Pitukena to rebuild a local literary community based upon Indigenous and allies experiences and efforts to build a new inclusive, supportive, and decolonized approach to art and literary craft.

Pitukena is print literary journal that is published twice a year. (December and June)
